Alaska Quilting Cruise

I just returned from a quilting cruise to Alaska! It was through Quilting Seminar at Sea. Here are a few photos of the scenery:

While the ship was at sea, we were taking classes. I took two classes from Kathy Wylie. One was a cutwork snowflake:

The second class from Kathy Wylie and was a Clamshell pillow using the Appliquick method:

The last class was from Kathy McNeil and was called

Spirit Owl. We also used the Appliquick method on this project:

I had a great time on the quilting cruise and would highly recommend taking one!
